How can we leave a comment of something that didnt exist. Lycurgus' Law stated that man and women, in their physical peak were to produce healthy and strong offspring to grow and fight in the army. This law went so far as to acceptance of a wife commiting adultry (with the husbands consent)with a man who posesses a more vigorous body to create the best and most powerful children they could. Those Spartans, who wished to build their population, thus stability of army were not to contradict these terms.
