H.J.RESOLUTION 15

A congressman has introduced a bill to repeal the 22nd Amendment limiting a president to two terms.  I don't see any co-sponsors at this point.  Even if it is an attempt to allow Obama to run again in 2016, it normally takes more than 3 years to get an amendment passed through enough state legislatures (and with no co-sponsors I am not sure it will even get out of the House).
