THE IMPERIAL PRESIDENCY
USA Today columnist, Jonathan Turley, argues that Obama has achieved "the imperial presidency" that Nixon tried to establish but failed. Warrantless surveillance, unilaterial military action, kill lists, and attacking whistleblowers. . .not exactly aspects of constitutional rule.
