ISRAEL SELLS RUSSIA DRONES

I don't understand why Israel is selling drones to Russia. Russia could sell them to Iran or Syria in spite of agreeing not to sell them. Maybe they are obsolete or maybe Israel has them "bugged" with secret signalling devices!
