When Gary Cohen, head of the Center for Consumer Information and
Insurance Oversight, appeared before the Senate Finance Committee,
chairman Max Baucus of Montana and Sens. Ron Wyden (Ore.), Bill Nelson
(Fla.) and Maria Cantwell (Wash.) "tore into him."
