TOP TEN OBAMACARE FUMBLES
From The Hill -- a non-partisan newspaper on Capitol Hill. If a non-partisan newspaper finds this many problems, it is legislation that was very poorly thought out. Unfortunately it will probably be the "little guy" who pays the price.
